Introduction

Of course, we love what we do! Many clients have pointed out how obvious this is by the smiles on our faces as we work. When we have the honor of helping design new construction from the ground up, do a complete remodel from studs or simply a staging, its different and unique to each address and home owner. There is great joy and anticipation in that! How could you not smile and enjoy what you do?? That every project is unique and has it's own set of challenges to overcome. Some have odd spaces, some have low budgets, and some have interesting colors but everyone wants it to be the best space it can be.

You will not be disappointed if you hire Tristan and her staging company… They are simply top shelf! I've been around the block and have hired many stagers in the past. I can tell you from my experience she is fun, energetic, professional, punctual and creative! Two thumbs up!

We were so lucky to have found Tristan on extremely short notice to stage our home before we listed it for sale. She responded promptly to all my emails, was very flexible with what we wanted done and was able to provide us with the services we needed for the budget we had. Most importantly, Tristan had a wonderful eye for furniture placement and practical decorating sense for staging purposes. We wanted to use our own furniture and belongings with only minimal supplementing of staging furniture/accessories (which she is able to provide). She came over and walked us through every room of our house and helped us place and decorate down to the very last detail. She was fun and easy to work with and made the whole process very enjoyable. Needless to say, our house sold less than a week later and we heard that there were multiple groups that asked who our stager was during the Open House. I am looking forward to using her again, this time for her interior design skills in our next home!

Tristan was a great communicator and had a very easy going style. We enjoyed working with her and she was helpful in getting other things done like carpeting, paint colors, etc. Her staging did help sell our house and she was very responsive. I am rating her average for two reasons: 1) she was expensive, especially if you need more than one month when many people will continue for a fraction of the original price, she charge 2/3 or so of the original price. Other quotes were cheaper in general and for follow-on, but we had a very tight timeline which she was able to meet. 2) you need to like the furniture she can get as her own collection is more limited and mostly knick-nacks from lower end stores. She brought in some very nice rugs and lamps, but she rents most of the large pieces. If you are looking for a specific style, just make sure she can accomplish the look you want as she is not going to make your house look like a catalog from Room and Board or Crate and Barrel.

Thank you for the review Jason. I'm glad your home sold very quickly. While I do rent most of the larger items, I work very hard to accommodate the existing pieces that a home owner wants to use as well as the style of the home, which often is not a Room and Board or Crate and Barrel space. I'm glad I could be of service for paint selection, lighting, carpet and vendors to install. All of which I did without billing you for my design time. In the end, again, I am so glad your home sold so quickly.

Tristan did an AMAZING job with my small space - she made it look twice the size. People were so impressed my place sold in 1 week!!! Now I want to know is she will come decorate my new place. Tristan helped when I needed someone ASAP. Her prices are reasonable and the work was outstanidng!

We try to be competitively priced while still providing our clients with the very best design and staging we can. We often provide clients with color options or design changes before staging that have a direct impact on the sale price of their home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's set up a time to look at your home and talk about what you need! Sometimes, when you are listing your home, a fresh eye can see things you have long stopped noticing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Seattle Pacific University. I have been involved in a few professional design boards. I did my internship with Hewitt Architects.
