- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the platform's pricing system to offer a pre-estimate price, through this system we also offer discounts for regular customers, whether monthly, biweekly, or weekly. As each client comes to us with a different project, our prices are subject to change. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
