Mark and his team were incredible from the very moment I called for help - our basement floor had flooded and while I wasnt planning on replacing our floors this year (or at all) I am so grateful I found Floor Coverings International Shoreline. The showroom experience was incredible and Mark was such a helpful advisor and expert in the many options available - found exactly what I wanted right away. Installation was timely, professional and 10/10 quality. The crew arrived on time, communication was great and at every step my feedback was sought out which put me at ease and I am over the moon with my new floors and stairs! So grateful to Mark and his amazing team!

Excellent service and excellent job. Mark and team were incredibly easy to deal with and were very responsive throughout. I had new carpet installed on two floors of a my townhouse in Seattle.

I cannot recommend Mark Baldway and Floor Coverings International of Seattle Shoreline enough. Mark was thoughtful, thorough, professional, and pleasant to deal with. His team moved our furniture, removed our old carpets, installed new and refinished our old oak floor. We simple love the results!

We had some difficult requirements for our replacement floor project and Mark at Floor Coverings International worked with us to find us the perfect product which has transformed our new home. Their choice of products, services provided and quality of the work is far superior to other flooring companies we have worked with in the past at previous homes. The removal of our old flooring had some challenges, which the team worked long hours to overcome and they were always friendly and cheerful. Our next project is to upgrade our floating staircases and we will be working with FCI again on this new challenging project!
