- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices aren't set in stone, and could change depending on the work once I've seen it in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to go check out the job and discuss it over with the customer to give them an accurate bid. Then schedule another time to get started on the job. I do require half down from new customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing handyman work for the last 5 years while working as a property manager. Drywall work I've been doing since my teens with my dad training me. Landscaping I've been doing for about 25 years now.
