I had a perfect experience with Hoa and am over the moon with the results. Here are things that went great: - When I did outreach Hoa responded within minutes. He was extremely quick to respond to each message - He was available immediately and we met to discuss installing lights on my house - I was able to purchase my own lights and Hoa was helpful at giving recommendations and explaining the pros and cons of different light sets. He measured my house and also recommended how many strings to buy, as well as extension cords. This is something I could not have done myself! - When the lights came in the mail Hoa was ready to install the next morning. He has a small, polite, and fast-working team. - This was a team effort from all sides and I appreciated that Hoa gave advice, took my feedback, and installed the lights exactly as planned - The price negotiation was great. I originally selected Hoa because he had great reviews and a very competitive rate. From start to finish this project took less than 10 days. Most of that time was waiting for the lights to arrive. I'm ecstatic to have year-round lights up before the holiday season. I would absolutely trust Hoa again with the lights if there was a problem or I wanted to add more, etc. Hands down a 10/10 experience!

Hoa quoted my a job and promised a time he would be here. 2 hours before he was supposed to come he said he had to delay it by 2 hours due to a previous job. Then at the time he rescheduled for 10 minutes afterwards he said he would be here an hour after. A man is only as good as his word. If you break your word or fail to communicate there is no trust to do the job.
