Here’s what you can expect: Custom Quotes: Pricing for our services varies based on the specific needs of your event, such as the number of people, location, and any specialized services (like hair extensions). After our initial consultation, we'll provide you with a custom quote. Travel Fees: If your event requires us to travel, we charge a travel fee of $0.90 per mile for locations outside the Seattle area. Additional fees may apply for remote locations or ferry costs. Discounts: We occasionally offer special promotions or discounts for repeat clients, referrals, or group bookings or sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on any current offers! Payment: We accept various payment methods for your convenience. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to the event or at the start of your lesson. No Hidden Fees: We’re committed to keeping everything clear and upfront. The price you see in your quote is the price you pay, with no surprise fees unless previously discussed. We’re here to work with you to create the best beauty experience that fits your budget and needs! At Tracy Saunders Makeup, we strive to make your experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Here’s how we typically work with new clients: Initial Inquiry We will respond promptly to understand your needs. Whether you're inquiring about bridal makeup, one-on-one makeup lessons, or another service, we’ll ask for details about your event or goals so we can offer the best service. Consultation We offer a complimentary consultation (in-person or virtual) where we get to know you better, understand your vision, and discuss any specific requirements. This is the perfect time for us to showcase our portfolio, answer any questions you have, and outline the best services for you. Custom Quote After our consultation, we’ll provide a customized quote based on your needs. This ensures you know exactly what to expect, with a breakdown of services, travel fees (if applicable), and any add-ons like hair extensions or special requests. Booking & Deposit Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a booking agreement and request a deposit to secure your date. We’ll walk you through the process, making sure everything is clear and easy to understand. Pre-Event Preparation Before the big day (or your makeup lesson), we’ll make sure all the details are in place. We may schedule a trial session for bridal clients or a prep call for lessons to fine-tune the look and ensure we’re aligned with your expectations. On-Site Service On the day of your event or lesson, we’ll arrive on-site with all the tools and products needed to create your flawless look. Our team will ensure you feel comfortable and pampered throughout the process. Follow-Up After your event or lesson, we’ll follow up to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your experience. We love hearing your feedback and sharing before-and-after photos on our social media platforms (with your permission, of course!). I began my journey in the beauty industry working at the MAC counter in 2019, where I gained hands-on experience with top-tier makeup products and learned the art of transforming faces for a wide range of clients. From there, I expanded my skills by working for several leading makeup brands, honing my techniques in both bridal and commercial makeup. As a professional, education is ongoing. Every year, I dedicate myself to continuous learning and invest in my growth by attending advanced workshops, industry conferences, and training sessions. This allows me to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, trends, and innovations in the beauty world, ensuring that my clients always receive the best, most cutting-edge service.
