We clean all the debris from the inside of the gutters. We then apply granular zinc sulfate to the roof to control any remaining moss. Zinc sulfate is effective and won't harm your plants or siding. Rain and wind naturally wash away any remaining moss. #2 soft wash this process is safe and very efficient for roof cleaning.

Pedro began the engagement with a quick reply on Thumbtack and a no-nonsense price quote that I appreciated. He was responsive to all questions. He and his brother came out on two separate occasions before being able to begin work on the third attempt--the debris on the roof was frozen solid from cold weather on the first two visits. Each time, Pedro told me when he would come out and he came when he said he would--that was a nice surprise! Working with him and his brother was very smooth--with his ready smile and firm handshake we felt our roof was in good hands. As part of the quote, we asked him to clean the debris from the ground, and they did everything that was expected. We'll be calling him again the next time we the roof cleaned. Thank you, Pedro!

They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They performed the work well and cleaned up the debris before leaving. They went beyond what was required in discovering a problem with a plugged downspout, which they took apart and cleaned. We were very happy with them and would use them again.
