I recently worked with Sean from Iconiq Construction on a garage remodel, where we added a room and a bathroom. The overall experience was fantastic, and I’m extremely happy with the final result. Sean kept the project moving forward, even though there were a few minor delays and issues along the way. He was quick to address any concerns that came up, and the quality of the work is top-notch. Despite the small setbacks, the outcome was well worth it, and I would absolutely recommend Sean and Iconiq Construction for any remodeling projects. Iconiq Construction worked hard to repair and remodel my home after flood damage. He was quick to respond and showed up the same day I called and gave me a prompt estimate. They are very professional with hard working skilled crews. I will be using them again when it's time to replace my roof.
