What a relief to find Troy! Quality professional who is attentive to details, easy to communicate with, very responsive and flexible with scheduling. Troy is very nice and personable. Arranging onsite estimates were easy to schedule. He provided detailed estimates and invoices explaining the best and worst case scenarios. That was very helpful for planning and estimating overall cost of project. Would recommend to others needing general contracting, remodeling, painting for home repairs.

We had a wonderful experience working with Troy and Ascentus! Our kitchen was outdated and poorly configured. Troy found us an amazing designer and together they brought our kitchen into the modern age! The quality of our final product is so impressive! Troy was always quick to come up with ideas when we ran into snags (we thought bi-fold laundry doors would work, they didn’t, and Troy came up with some awesome sliders!). What made our experience even better was Troy’s wonderful personality and demeanor. He’s such a friendly and professional person and it was truly a joy to work with him. We can’t recommend Ascentus and Troy enough!

We worked with Troy on a number of projects including; kitchen demo, installing pocket doors, installing a hood vent, laying new wood floors throughout the entire house and removing the existing floors which included vinyl, tile and laminate, removing existing and laying new bathroom tiles, and various plumbing projects. Troy was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed having him at our house and were impressed with his work and skill. I have attached some before and after pictures.

Troy did a complete renovation of my basement and did such a great job, I hired him a couple years later to renovate my bathroom and kitchen. He does excellent work. I have an older house and he is great at finding creative solutions when unforeseen issues arise. He's also one of the most honest and responsive contractors that I've worked with, which I highly appreciate. I've recommended Troy to friends and neighbors numerous times and he's the first person I'll call for any future projects.

We worked with Troy to finish our basement and also re-do some other work that had been poorly done. Throughout the entire process he was very responsive and an excellent communicator. He very clearly cared about doing the job perfectly. We always knew when he would be at our house and I had complete trust in him to come and go as needed. We will definitely work with Troy again for upcoming home projects!

Our pricing is detailed and 100% up-front. Our clients clearly understand every estimable cost-element of their projects before we start on-site. We keep clients apprised of the total project cost and balance over the course of the project's progress.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take time to meet with the client at the job site, review project expectations, then provide a detailed written estimate. After the client approves the work and the estimate, we sign a mutual agreement, collect a deposit and schedule the work. From here, we work with the client regularly throughout the process to maintain expectations regarding every aspect of the project including budget, completion timeframe and finished product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been investing-in and or remodeling Seattle area homes since 2002.
