Mikhail just help me mount my 65” tv. It was really quick. I just found him on thumbtack, messaged him and in literally 40 mins my tv was on the wall. I found Mikhail on Thumbtack for a project to mount two TVs in my house - one was a standard one in a bedroom and the other was a pull-down mount above fireplace. 1. Prompt Communication: Mikhail was the first one to respond and his communication throughout the process was outstanding. 2. Reasonable Pricing: He was one of the few pros who had a 5-star rating (well deserved) with low prices. 3. Knowledgeable: He knows what he is doing. When I told him about my pull-down mount above fireplace and explained about soundbar system he immediately told me what kind of additional mounts to buy, which I did and was very helpful. 4. Hacky: This guy is awesome! He ran into multiple issues - the mount vs. power and HDMI outlets on the wall were tricky, he drilled holes and concealed them behind mounts etc. and did a fantastic job. Next, the pull-down handles and the soundbar mount overlapped, he created a unique way to mount it that worked great. 5. Sticks to Basics: I wanted him to install a motion-detection floodlight above my garage. My usual handyman told me I needed to extend a wire from my room into the drywall etc. while Mikhail just looked at the garage setup and drilled a simple hole in the wall/concrete, hacked an extension cord that he got with him and set it up. 6. Jack of all trades: He told me that he was in construction business in Russia for 7 years so he is very knowledgeable and handy about most things around the house (structural, electric, and other handy stuff). 7. Above and Beyond: I originally hired him to install 2 TVs with mount and a bed. He walked out completing 14 different small and big projects over 5 1/2 hours and his overall costs were very nominal and reasonable. 8. Punctual: We planned a date/time and he showed up well in time. Actually he was available sooner and coordinated with me and showed up as per my availability. 9. Safety: Other than basic safety he even educated me precautions I should take while unmounting the TV in future and how if I don't do that right, the pull-down mount with its coil could hurt someone or cause damage to the wall. 10. Professional: He was very professional in his approach from the time I hired him till the time he walked out the door. Left me with a great impression that I would hire him again any time. Note: I am officially firing my regular handyman and hiring Mikhail. I cannot praise him enough for being so awesome.

Mikhail did an excellent job mounting our TV in just an hour. We hadn’t realized we needed to purchase a mount beforehand, but thankfully, Mikhail had one available for us to use. He made sure that our TV was perfectly centered both horizontally and vertically and also cleaned up all the debris from cutting the drywall. I’m very impressed with his attention to detail, and I’ll definitely be hiring him again for other handyman projects. Thank you, Mikhail!
