These guys were prompt and clear about their quote and the scope of their work, and the prices seemed fair. They were great about wearing masks, and they were careful to do the work when weather would not way it away. The only hiccup was that scheduling was challenging. Due to weather we had to reschedule several times (nobody's fault!), but I would have appreciated more communication through the scheduling and rescheduling. For example, a confirmation text to say what time they would show up the next day after the first day for rained out.

We messaged United Home Services for a routine chimney sweep when it was identified as recommended on our new home inspection. The team came out within a couple days of messaging and took one look and recommended that we needed a deep chimney clean and explained the risks and issues of using our wood fire place in its current condition. Shawn showed us pictures of its current state and explained everything to us very well. They also told us our chimney chase crown was very rusted, as well, and at risk of leak and told us they could order, replace, and install that. The whole process took ~3 weeks and we have had some lovely wood fires ever since (with a clear conscious!). We’ll definitely use this team for our annual chimney sweeps. Great value, clean and friendly staff!
