They came out within a day of me trying to get my outdoor fireplace fixed at an Airbnb before my next guests arrived. They fixed it within 30 minutes and charged me less than the amount quoted. I also decided to have them fix another interior fireplace. They performed extra safety checks on both fireplaces.

Sean came over on time and was done very FAST. He took time to explain and fix the root cause of soot buildup on the glass of our gas fireplace. He looked up the proper log position for our unit and rearranged to prevent soot in the future. Top notch service!
