- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're right in the middle of the range for most fencing projects. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Because we're backed by a national franchise and offer a lifetime warranty, we charge a little more than other small fence shops. Because we're a small family owned company, we can charge less than the big fence companies with their higher overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the estimate visit, where we learn about your project and what your goals are for the fence. Then we draw up a proposal, which we change and tweak until it's exactly what you want. Once you're happy with the proposal and accept the quote, we continue to keep up the communication so you always know what's going on and when.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our team has extensive experience in general construction and fences in particular. When we bring on new people we pair them with the existing team to learn the ropes and get a clear understanding of our (high) quality standards.
