Som completed a very complicated 80 ft outside stair remodel with 3 landings. The quality of the work was outstanding and the product should last us many years. However, Som has trouble creating a budget and sticking to it. We never received any invoice for the work done just paid him daily advances.

Nice job restoring my mother-in-law unit after a destructive tenant. Fixed damaged electrical, repaired drywall, painted, and repaired, replaced, and/or installed various fixtures and cabinetry. Very reasonable & willing to repair when possible, rather than replace, to stay within my budget. Other contractors I spoke with would not even consider this.
