Phil from Galaxy responded immediately after initial contact on Thumbtack. They sent out their tech, Austin, a day and half later. He called within the window Galaxy gave me and told me he'd be here within 20 minutes. After explaining the problem, he removed the outlet and immediately found the issue and fixed it right away. Austin also thoroughly explained everything required for 4 other projects we are considering and provided a line item estimate for each project. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the work he did. Austin was very professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Galaxy and look forward to hiring them again.

I am giving them 3 stars because the representative who came to my house to provide the quote was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. However, they went dark for almost a week without any communication. Additionally, I had initially said no to another representative, which meant I had to call him again and apologize in order to move forward with their services.
