The team was on time, professional, and reasonably priced considering how much they had to fix (apparently our roofer used the wrong venting for our dryer vent and, based on the photos the team showed me, it had completely clogged the vent). My dryer has stopped working and we didn’t know why, now it works fine. And the team seemed genuinely concerned about the safety hazard this posed for me and my family, which we appreciated. I will absolutely hire this team again when I need any similar services. A+ in my book.

There are birds living inside my vent and I need help. I totally understood he is afraid to kills the birds so he left without finishing the job. But I cannot give him 5 star. I paid $50 actually for half hour work

Work was expensive for what was done. They were prompt and bid less than another company, but the work quality for the job was not acceptable for the $500 per hour they charged. They provide no physical address, contractor's license, or bond information. They asked to be paid to a different name than is on the Thumbtack site.
