- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices off of what my experience tells me about how long the job should take. Most things I do have a standard price but that could change if there are unforeseen problems or if the job is not as straightforward as it could be. However, I always communicate price changes in advance so there in no confusion from either party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and make sure I know exactly what they want. Once I figure that out I’m ready to go. If the customer wants to chat a little bit I’m always up for that, but if not I get right to work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked my way up in construction. Starting as a laborer and moving my way up to running my own two man crew. Although I learn new things every day, there is few problems on a job site I haven’t dealt with before.
