- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My lesson fees include phone/email assistance with any problems you may be having with lesson materials & assignments during the time between our regularly scheduled meetings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I like to assess the potential student’s goals and previous musical training. From there I want to hear and watch you play so we can create a short and long-term lesson plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance and have been a busy, active performer for over twenty-five years.
