Got my dream job in San Jose, CA and suddenly had to move south. Found Annie through a friend I trust so I hired her. Went with her on the first two walks to get to know her. Have trusted her with my two English Springer Spaniels for daily exercise. She swims and runs the dogs so they aren't getting fat! They have grown to love her outings and cool car seats. She is very reliable, occasionally sending me photos so I can share their walks. Annie plays a critical role in our lives. She will take the dogs to the vet today for dental appointments! Annie's Walk & Talk Doggies also provides petsitting for week-end get aways. My husband and dogs will move as soon as they are free but we could live like this for the next 6 months!

Ann has been walking my dogs for about 6 weeks and the dogs and I have been very happy! She is very thorough on our initial interview and I felt very comfortable that she knows the dogs and their quirks very well. She communicates well and has been very reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to use her for dog/housesitting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the fall of 2014 I took a course from a successful pet business owner and learned a lot about the pet business and a great review about dog behavior. Mid-January I took the SeattleCPR Pet first aid and CPR class and became Certified. The Certification is good for two years. I continue to take animal training & behavior classes. I was curious about Pet Tudor Remote Training System and took the 5 hour class February 8th, 2015 with my dog.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a special affinity to animals. And I have had experiences with a knowingness about horses that is exceptional. After a successful sales career I simplified and downsized my life so that I could be independent of the corporate world. Many of my friends encouraged me to start a Pet business and so I did! Launched December 2014.
