- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love to give discounts, so good dogs will always get a piece of how grateful I am for well trained, desensitized pups!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am more than happy to be flexible to work with every clients needs regardless of disabilities or added tasks to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy. In-home grooming gives me the freedom to make the experience as smooth and non-disruptive to my clients normal lifestyle.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I groomed 5 standard Poodles that were living in a barn stall for months, and were completely matted with hard, solid poop and mud in their hair. This took me 11 hours straight to shave and bathe, and then the next day became touch ups and another bath for all of them. This was a last minute, unplanned event that I undertook upon hearing of these rescue Poodles, but I’m very proud of the beautiful Poodles that were underneath the insanity!
