Introduction
Mellow McCoy, often just goes by Josh, is a DJ and producer who's been in the Seattle area since 2019.
Mellow started to experiment with audio software in his teenage years. Before his first live performances, he's released a slew of independent projects through Bandcamp and hosted a show on his college's radio station that fused deep house with 70s/80s soul music.
Before moving to the Seattle area, he produced mixtapes and produced his first live shows with the experimental bass collective, "Modal Access" out of Reno, NV. As a DJ, Mellow McCoy has shared the stage with acts such as Osiris Rex, L80, DJ Buenavista and Clayton the Chemist. In addition to his residency at Hotel Vintage in downtown Seattle, he's currently accepting bookings for events, parties and spaces intended on bringing people together! Hop in the portal!

DJ Mellow McCoy was great to work with. He made our NYE Party so much more fun . I provided a list of international music and he was able to mix it all very well. His price was reasonable. He was really easy going and flexible. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mellow McCoy goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is moving at your event. With his ability to mix and his collection of music, he always knows what to play next and how to shift into the next moment. Very impressed by his professionalism and passion for music!
