- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quoted is all inclusive, speakers, mics, lights, emcee, travel setup times, etc., No extra fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Up to the customer really, I'm happy to have a conversation by phone, video-chat, in person, phone, email or IM. I reply to messages incredibly quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm have 12 years corporate event and DJing experience and a vast knowledge of music of all genres.
