- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in making costs as transparent as possible. there are a lot of factors that will impact the final number - number of hours, gear needed, type of work, but I'll communicate everything clearly so you know exactly what you're getting and what you're paying for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very flexible and can adapt to almost any planning style! want to get in the weeds with me and co-design different playlists to use at different times in the night? Great! Want to stay hands off and just tell me to "play the hits?" Also great! I like to start with some communication and shared understanding, but after that it's all up to you!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
there are a number of logistical questions I'll need to ask when we launch into a project together: how many guests will be attending, where is the venue, what gear do we need, what kind of music do you want to hear, what's the planned itinerary, do you need me to manage audio for the ceremony, etc. But more importantly, I'll help you think through the most important question, what kind of vibe do you want at this event? after we nail that down, the rest will flow like water!
