Would not use anyone else for any of my future set ups. The Chef was fantastic in is presentation, the quality of the items presented was a 10+. Everyone was very happy and was amazed at Joe's easy way everything was done also while attending to some individuals needs.

I did a great job reading a taco bar for the wedding reception. We even had a last-minute venue change and they were able to pull it off without a hitch. Everyone thought the food was great and I didn’t have to deal with it. I could just enjoy the party.

Hire Billy from Anita & Joe’s now! He was timely in communication and showing up for our dinner. He took over the kitchen and created a delicious 4 course meal for us. Each course was more delicious than the last! He left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. Amazing!!!!

We try to stay competitively priced and work with budgets with our customers as much as possible. We understand that jobs are all unique and work with the customer to give them their unique experience for a price they are happy with.

Open communication is key. We always want our customers feeling free to contact us with any questions or concern. We set up meetings with our customers to game plan their needs and ensure that there is a great foundation for continued dialogue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides generational training from a young age, the chef has a culinary degree as well as 14+ years of experience. He also has a business degree.
