We did a four course meal and a dessert and they were amazing! I reached out last minute with an inquiry a week prior to our event and he was able to work with us to make the event possible! We made the courses to be served alongside the movie cloudy with a chance of meatballs and had a taste the film experience! So much fun and so delicious! He used his creativity to come up with courses that matched themes in the movie and had a divine menu planned and executed! Thanks so much for the amazing experience! Would definitely hire again!

Billy and his server were excellent. The dinner was very delicious and beautifully served. They also poured wine that we brought and plated the cake that we brought. They made it so easy to enjoy our memorial dinner.

Truly a remarkable meal and experience - The food was delicious, fresh, and unique. We especially enjoyed the emphasis on local, farm-to-table flavors and ingredients! He knew where each ingredient that went into every dish was from. Extra thanks for accommodating some food allergies in the group!

Chef Billy was a delightful chef to work with. We hired him to cook us a four course Valentine’s Day meal for myself and my husband and he did not disappoint. He was easy to communicate with, wrote us an excellent menu, had a fair price, was punctual and polite. But the food was INCREDIBLE. We were both blown away. Every course was just delicious. We had: Crab stack with mango, avocado, tomato, cucumber, red onion, ginger lime dressing. He left us a WHOLE BOWL of king crab behind because he had extra. Seriously amazing. Salad with Kale, reb cabbage, Brussel sprouts, cosmic crisp apple, pumpkin seed, pecan, pomegranate, maple-lemon vinaigrette. This was the best salad I’ve ever had. Beef filet, thyme, rosemary rub, spiced pumpkin puree, blackberry red wine reduction, Brussel sprout leaves, radish slices. Every flavor came through. I especially loved the red wine reduction Spiced southern red velvet cake, fresh berries, mint, rosemary. And he brought my husband two gigantic dark chocolate dipped strawberries to accommodate his allergies! Both were amazing. My husband is both dairy free and gluten free and Chef Billy made it a point to make sure everything was customized for his allergies. He was so easy to work with. And on top of all of that, he left our kitchen SPOTLESS. Cleaner than it was when he arrived. We could not recommend Anita and Joes enough for whatever your event may be!
I want to add that he didn’t ask me to write this review, but he absolutely deserved it.

Billy was very professional and responsive in our process to hire a Private Chef for a party of 12 for my husband's birthday. He clearly stood out in our selection and we couldn't be happier. Billy prepared a wonderful 5 course meal that exceeded our expectations. We are definitely planning to have Anita and Joe's again and highly recommend them!

We try to stay competitively priced and work with budgets with our customers as much as possible. We understand that jobs are all unique and work with the customer to give them their unique experience for a price they are happy with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open communication is key. We always want our customers feeling free to contact us with any questions or concern. We set up meetings with our customers to game plan their needs and ensure that there is a great foundation for continued dialogue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides generational training from a young age, the chef has a culinary degree as well as 14+ years of experience. He also has a business degree.
