My cat peed in my bed and a cut got badly infected cut from unknowingly sleeping with it in that pee. After my trip to the ER, I looked for someone to clean my mattress and within minutes of sending a message to Emerald City Carpet Cleaners I got a phone call from Marciel- “Hello it sounds like this in an emergency I can be there in an hour.” He came and cleaned the mattress, cleaned up after himself, and left all within an hour. I was afraid that it would be much more involved and expensive than it was, and I am so grateful that I got it taken care of immediately.
