Professionally trained Carpenter (Residential Remodel Program @ Seattle Central Wood Technology Center). My goal is to provide a high quality of work for a fair price so that people wouldn't hesitate to call me a second time, or refer me to their friends. In fact the majority of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. I have 8 years of experience in flooring, framing, decks, woodworking, doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, concrete, trim, and more. They installed 2 exterior doors & they look fantastic! Fast, friendly, let us know exactly what was going on and answered all our questions. My 4 year old grandson was fascinated with the installer & kept moving closer and closernever taking his eyes off of him.

Chris did an amazing job installing a new back door on my funky 100 year old house. No job here is straight forward and Chris figured out a couple solutions on the spot and made it happen. He’s also really nice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price things at a fair price. I'm not trying to get rich and I don't need to be the cheapest since I get so many referrals and repeat customers because I'm reliable and do good work at a fair price. I guess I feel like I hit that sweet spot between quality work and a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I want to make sure the job is one I can do well. If I don't believe I can I won't take it. Then I like to meet with the customer, and formulate a plan for their specific situation. then provide a quote and get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the residential remodel program at Seattle Central College's Wood Technology Center. Afterwords I apprenticed under skilled craftsman until I became a journeyman. 8 years in and I'm still learning new things all of the time.
