- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While pricing isn't generally the primary reason our clients choose Atmosphere Kitchen and Bath for their renovation, we understand overall cost is important and we like to be upfront about it. We will identify your goals, compare it to similar completed projects, and provide a rough price range prior to scheduling any on site consultations. This helps both parties identify if we are a good fit for each other and clears the air of the dreaded question of "what does it cost?" so we can begin to focus on what really matters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin gathering relevant project information, images, and learning about the full scope. After review, we will schedule a call to dive into understanding the true purpose of your renovation, your wants as well as the must haves, and types of finishes that we will incorporate. This will help us to learn more about what is important to you, our client, and how to best tailor your experience and make it one you'll remember, for good reason.
