Maria and her team did a fantastic job fixing up my moms condo. Mom has lived there for over 20 years, but she didn’t really do much maintenance. We are selling it and it really needed to be updated, but our funds were limited. I initially reached out to R&Z pro-Construction to get a quote for painting. We also planned on updating beyond that, new floors in the whole place since the carpet was shot. The kitchen and bath were very dated too. Marie gave me a quote for painting and also a quote for all the work, fitting it into our budget. They did an exceptional job. They started within a few days and finished up in 2 weeks. I did a walk through toward the end snd pointed out a couple of things and that needed some finish work and they had that done right away. They painted the entire place. New flooring throughout. Updated the kitchen cabinets. New quartz counters, sink and a beautiful Koehler faucet. In the bathroom they installed a new vanity, lights, hardware for towels etc. and safety bars by the toilet since it is a 55+ community. The place looks so good and it’s ready to sell and we will be able to get top dollar because of the work they did. I highly recommend them for any project big or small. You won’t regret it!
