I am a licensed bartender whose goal is to provide excellent service paired with a specially crafted cocktail. I use the fresh ingredients to ensure the best quality cocktails/mocktails. I've been trained in the industry for over 10 years. Here to make your event easy with each event I can provide you a shopping list, as well as a curated menu for your guests. I’ve worked in high end restaurants located in Aspen, Lake Tahoe, & US Virgin Islands. As well as bartending for many years at Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. I love to create memorable experiences through beverages!

Hilary and company were fantastic! The unique drinks created for our company holiday event were a hit and had everyone talking. The energy was high all evening and they both were SO helpful with engaging with guests, cleanup, and all those small details you don't think about! From the shopping list to taking the trash out -- we're so happy with this service and would absolutely hire Skal Cocktails again!
