This was my first time ever hiring a bartender, and he was able to coach me through exactly what to do. He helped me come up with a cocktail menu for my party and then told me what to buy at the store. He helped me determine good value and taste items and where to get them, I texted with many questions and he responded immediately every day. More people attended the party than we expected, and he was calm and a joyful worker under pressure, giving the hosts a sense of ease. There was hardly ever any line at our party of almost 70 guests. He showed up early and was extremely professional and organized. Overall, a great hire!

Raul is a tremendous bartender! He recommended excellent drink options for our wedding that really plussed up the beauty and fun of our bar service. In particular, he makes the prettiest variation of a gin & tonic (with fresh berries!) that become an instant hit at the wedding amongst our guests. Raul is incredibly helpful and well-prepared. He handled all the ice, advised on our drink offerings & helped us streamline for easier flow of service, and came with his own beautiful stemmed glassware and bar stand setup. We even served a custom rum punch at our wedding, which Raul mixed up perfectly and kept refreshed throughout the night! Raul is vibrant, fun, and makes a trip to the bar something you look forward to! The bar is always the heart of any good event, and having Raul at the center of your celebration is centering your party around good vibes, stylish drinks and a joyous sense of community. Can't recommend Europa Bar highly enough!
