After years staffing hundreds of events across the Pacific Northwest, I believe we have built the skills, tools, and experience to ensure your event runs smoothly. We will provide semi formal attire including black slacks, black shoes, and black or white dress shirts.
Our Bartenders will provide all tools necessary to serve cocktails, wine, and beer. We can also help you create a menu of cocktails that can be modified or renamed to reflect your personal style or theme! Our Event Staff will handle all other tasks. From setting up and arranging tables and chairs throughout your venue, to refilling waters, clearing plates, and serving food in your preferred manner, we are here to support you and your guests at every step. Our clients consistently praise our dedication and work ethic, which we bring to every event.
Whether it’s renaming a cocktail, adjusting a service, or requesting specific attire for our staff, we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thanks for your interest! Here is a list of services and prices of our staff:
Our bartenders provide complimentary rental of tools and services that include:
- Customized shopping list custom made based on your selections
- Customized cocktail menu printed and displayed at the bar
- Cocktail napkins and straws available at the bar
- A large cooler for ice and cold beverage storage
- All tools needed to perform bartending functions
EQUIPMENT: Black gloves, hand towels, Clorox® wipes, paper towels, water pitchers, trays, and a cart with a bus bin for dishes and silverware
Will assist with all tasks before, during, and after your event. Tasks can include but are not limited to:
- Setup up of all event-related items and clean up after the event
- Serving food / passing out appetizers
- Clearing / bussing plates
- Washing / stacking plates
$50 per hour = Servers/Event Staff
$58 per hour = Bartender wine/beer only, 1 Bartender per 90 guests
$60 per hour = Bartender cocktails/wine/beer, 1 Bartender per 70 guests
$0.75 per pound = Arctic Glacier ® Ice
