- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thanks for your interest! Here is a list of prices for our staff and services: $50 per hour = Servers/Event Staff $60 per hour = Bartender wine/beer only, 1 Bartender per 90 guests $65 per hour = Bartender cocktails/wine/beer, 1 Bartender per 70 guests $0.75 per pound = Arctic Glacier ® Ice $80 plus $1 per person drinking = Mixers & Garnishes for cocktails $0.18 per cup = Drinkware: 8oz and 12oz Clear plastic solo cups $50-$80 = Non-alcoholic beverage station = Includes cups, ice, 3-gallon dispenser, and 3 gallons of the beverage of your choice Our bartenders provide complimentary rental of tools and services that include: - Customized shopping list custom made based on your selections - Customized cocktail menu printed and displayed at the bar - Cocktail napkins and straws available at the bar - A large cooler for ice and cold beverage storage - All tools needed to perform bartending functions - Complimentary clean-up of the bar area after your event

We've had the pleasure of serving many types of events, from company holiday parties, to bar mitzvahs. Every event has its moments in its own way, but what really makes it special for us is receiving compliments on our work!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Protect you and your guests by verifying the company has Liquor Liability Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and a Washington State Mixologist License 2. Require a detailed invoice that includes everything they will be providing the day of your event 3. Determine you have a bartender that is available at all times by providing you a contact number 4. Make sure everything is to your satisfaction, after all, this is YOUR celebration!
