FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is priced on a lump sum basis per each specific project. And is tailored to the clients needs. Generally, a new build construction will be ~2-5% of construction costs and an addition or remodel will be between 8-15% of construction costs. There are many factors that impact the fee such as size of project, location, jurisdiction and how detailed of a design process. An initial on-site consult will vary between $500-$1000 depending on location and will be credited towards the contract amount.
