Conner arrived on time, spent his time troubleshooting. He was familiar with the fridge & the problem. He explained the problem gave us our choices. As it turned out, his most unlikely fix worked! Saved us from spending $2-3 K on a fridge for now.

Very prompt and honest. Al understands appliances and is quick with repairs. Will surely recommend. Diagnostic charges are a bit higher than others but we got honest diagnosis and did not have to pay anything on top of the visit fee. We will hire him again without a doubt.
