- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have transparent pricing. We charge a base rate of $100/hour. Ask about any seasonal promotions. There are no additional fees. Prior to starting the project, we can give you a free estimate of how much your particular project will cost. We can usually do this really quickly with a couple of pictures of the project. If we need accurate measurements we may need to schedule a no cost/no obligation visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make sure all of our customers are delighted. We pride ourselves in being responsive, having great communication, making sure we fully understand the project and timelines, and then executing on the project. We start our process by getting a thorough understanding of the project. We can usually give estimates for most projects without visiting your home. We'll ask for a few pictures of the project, and then we can provide a no hassle/no obligation of our estimate for the project. From there, we'll work with you to schedule our first available time. All of our handy people have background checks and we're fully licensed, bonded and insured. When we enter your home, we will always wear protective gear on our footwear to make sure your home is protected. Once we're finished with the project, we'll collect payment. We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with the project before we collect. We pride ourselves in making sure your satisfied with the work before we consider the job complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our collective team has a varied and wide ranging skill set! No matter your project, we've seen and done it all. If we can't do it for whatever reason, we're happy to refer you to someone in our network who can.
