Alex was truly professional from start to finish. When my dryer broke, and I was looking for a contractor, he responded to my request fast, came on time and gave me an honest explanation of what's going on and the options that I had. In my case, the part that was broken was so expensive that it didn't make sense to replace it on a very old dryer, so I ended up replacing the dryer. Alex was very respectful and wasn't trying to sell me the expensive repair, he really just advised me what he would honestly do if he was in my shoes, and I appreciated that. Thank you!

Alex was extremely professional and a great communicator. Our refrigerator would cost more money to repair than it was worth. Alex was honest about the level of repairs and their related costs. We chose to look into purchasing a new fridge. We gladly paid the $60 service charge and would do so again. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Alex again for any of my appliance needs. Thanks Alex!
