They are quick to respond and visit however that's about all that was good with my experience. The tech who visited wrongly diagnosed the issue and said that he would get the part ordered in a week. After two follow ups, they then updated the part would arrive only in 3-4 weeks. Due to the churn here I called another pro, who helped me accurately diagnose the problem. Don't get carried away by the number of ratings (like I did). Pick quality over quantity.

Requested work and asked for a W9 for tax reporting as required by the IRS. Got a run around from the vendor about who we are (a management company) then they just stopped responding. Meanwhile our tenant is without the use of an appliance. We will not attempt to use this vendor for any other work on any of our properties.

Hi Kym W. Our company is officially registered with department of labor and fully insured and bonded. But we are having really bad experience working with 1 star management companies like yours, where we need to follow many requirements, but never get paid even for our service call. We asked for your UBI number to make an agreement before providing\signing any info from us which is required by department of labor, but your answer was "go search it, I don't memorize it" which is clearly indicates your unprofessionalism. Also looks like you contacted 3 businesses and all 3 didn't respond to you, but you decided to leave that review for us, where we never was hired and you didn't use our service. We are currently working with many management companies and have 0 issues with them and they had no problems with signing agreement and providing their UBI number. Stay away from our business and never contact us again!
