FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have more than 5 documents to be notarized, there will be a discount on the fees depending on the volume which can be discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually introduce myself and my services to the customer and agree on the fee for the assignment. We will then agree to meet at a suitable location of convenience for the customer, whether at their home, office or other suitable locations where the assignment can be conducted. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, all precautions will be taken as listed in my site to avoid any possibilities for the virus to spread. I am already vaccinated but will still take all necessary precautions for the protection of all parties. We will then go through the documents that require notarization and I will examine the documents to see if the documents can be notarized. The next step will be to check your identity and record your details as well as the details of the notarization as required by the state laws in my notary journal and then perform the notarial function. Once that is completed, the payment is to be made for the services provided. It is as simple as that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MBA and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who has spent more than 25 years working on various types of roles in project management and contract management where I review all legal contract document details to ensure accuracy before it is approved. I treat each assignment as a project and ensure that each assignment is completed on schedule at a reasonable cost. Managing projects and contract documents require attention to details and notarial functions are all about details to ensure that your documents are notarized appropriately so that you are able to move the notarized documents to the next step promptly.
