Wonderful and super fast service. Nicest man ever as well. Very reasonably priced my washer broke and he was here repairing it 25 minutes after I placed the request. Did a great job. Highly recommended!

While I would have preferred a tech to come out to the job site equipped with parts in order to get the repair done in a single visit, I gave five stars because Safar was ultimately able to complete the service work satisfactorily on the second visit. I was most impressed with his willingness to show up on the fly - As they say, New Yorkers prefer the job to have been done yesterday. And the bottom line was that he cared to see the project through to completion. Whereas I have definitely encountered other personalities who preferred to work with newer units or spendier parts if you will, and hence concluded the call after giving a very bogus diagnosis. So while it goes without saying, I do greatly appreciate the humility and was happy to leave a gratuity.

Safar came out to my house to repair a dishwasher that was not dispensing soap. He also swapped out the drain hose to my washing machine with a replacement hose I had previously purchased. The washing machine was handled the same day, the dishwasher took three trips to diagnose and fix. (In fairness, it runs for about two hours so it’s hard to know if the drawer is fixed without running it through an entire cycle). Safar was certainly motivated to get the dishwasher fixed and was eventually able to do just that.

Excellent knowledgeable service. Even though I chose not to have the washer repaired and will purchase a new although if I was going to have it repaired this would be my choice. Friendly, and offered a great service, I would definetly call him again! Thank you!!!

Safar came and repaired our broken dishwasher. We had previously had someone diagnose it and they mentioned it needed a new door switch. When Safar came to review the damage, he actually identified the real issue, which was an unbalance problem. My dishwasher finally works and I couldn't be happier with the service, quick turnaround, clear diagnosis, pricing, and attention to detail. I completely recommend Safar!
