Pedro and his team trimmed several tall trees, and a few shubs. They also removed two large shrubs. Pedro used a bucket truck to access several of the tall trees. One of the guys cleaned debris off my patio, yard and sidewalks, that made it look really good.. They put all the debris in their chipper and drove it away.

Pedro from JM Tree Experts contacted me promptly. We set a date for him to come by and provide an estimate for work we needed done. Something came up, and I had to reschedule. Pedro was able to move the appointment to the next day. He showed up promptly. He reminded us that their company had worked for us before, also through Thumbtack. Pedro made suggestions that we'd agreed upon. The scope of work expanded. Estimates were reasonable. We accepted the work bids. Work is scheduled. JM Tree Expert completed work for us two years ago. We remember being happy with their work before. We expect the same level of satisfaction going forward. They are prompt, attentive, professional, reasonable (re: estimates), and efficient.
