I hired Jason for a varied list of electrical and installation tasks including installing 2 new Kitchen lights, installing locks basement cabinets, remounting a hall mirror, fixing a crooked TV mount, fixing a door latch, fixing a towel hook, and removing old cables from outside the house. Jason had to reschedule twice, but was honest and gave me advance notice. The work was done very professionally, quickly and well. He knew what to do. 10/10 would hire again.

Jason was hired to install a new mailbox. He was friendly and very capable and he easily made a few adjustments as he encountered them. When I mentioned my bigger problem, that of a recurrent leak around the chimney. He immediately came up with numerous ideas, ideas that no roofer had considered. He has no experience with leaky roofs, but he is willing to take on this big job. I very much appreciate his work ethic and his enthusiasm, and I thank him.

Jason did a wonderful job fixing the door hinges on my door to the garage, which I attempted to do DIY and failed miserably. He was able to, not only fix the hinges, but made sure the door closed the way I wanted it to. He was very attentive to what my needs were in terms of the way it closed. He was also able to fix the frame of my door by re-caulking it and even fixed wobbly sink in my downstairs bathroom. Jason is different from other contractors-he won't complete half the job and say it's done. He'll complete the job, recommend any other fixes, and follow-through till the end to ensure your happy with the results. I recommend Jason for any project, small or large, that involves the construction in your home. You won't be disappointed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts but I discuss them in person with my customers. I also have a dump fee to cover waste management center minimums.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You reach out with the job information, I either confirm my hourly rate or have to give a bid on the project, you give the go ahead, we set a date and time when I can be there and you confirm. Then we’re good to go!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained in construction and handyman work for 5 years. I have flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall, landscaping, trim, appliance repair/replacement and so much more! I have done just about everything regarding a home!
