I would pick every attribute. We lucked out with David, he is the best contractor we have ever had. His quality of work is awesome. He did quite a lot of work for us. Completely reshaped the back yard with grading and retaining walls. The side yard also was terraced and retaining walls. The front was graded and 2 gravel parking pads installed. We are having him back to do a gravel path down the west side of the back yard and install some steps to the plum trees. We would recommend David wholeheartedly to anyone who needs work done.

Great reliable service. We were very pleased with the excavation on our property. He did a major cleanup, leveled and prepped the yard for the landscaping, prepped the work for our patio, and prepped the work for 3700 sq ft of asphalt. David is detailed oriented and truly cares about the finished product. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
He worked with a laser level to ensure proper slope and drainage. It was nice to see that he was going above and beyond for us, as I'm sure he does for all his customers.
