The cost for our services is all-inclusive, however, sales tax and any extra services may incur an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- After setting a date and time to visit, we will evaluate your appliance to determine what part is malfunctioning. - Once we identify the issue, we will then calculate the cost of fixing it. - If you are happy with the price, we can start the repair right away or arrange a time that works for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ten years of experience in working with household appliances combined with technical education at the collegiate level.
