- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every person has a different process, that’s what makes coaching extremely fun and exciting day in and day out. I always start with foundation, your feet, knees, hip musculature. During the foundation stage we will determine your needs and implement strategies for when you are in the gym and outside of the gym. Developing positive lifestyle habits is a huge part of my coaching and has helped many lead sustainable fitness journeys.
