- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is negotiable depending on the job type and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we get the job a technician will contact the customer with an ETA and a quote and ask for more information if applicable. We have technicians on standby for emergency jobs (lockouts) 24/7. We get to most emergency jobs in under 30 minutes. For appointments we usually have 2 hour window of arrival (2-4/4-6) but we are flexible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by a certified locksmith technician and have about 2+ years of experience at the job.
