Very professional and courteous. Armen was quick and responsive and gave me a competitive price by understanding my repair needs, on the first call itself. I had to replace a pass through door knob, as the existing one broke. He apprised me of the difference between different knob types and also suggested the brand to buy as I was already in the shop to purchase a new one. He was very flexible with my choice and gave me enough details. He arrived on time, installed the new one. During installation, he noticed some misalignment problem of the deadbolt and offered to fix that free of cost. This shows his passion for work. Another point I noted was that he removed his shoes while walking inside my house. This shows the courtesy and consideration towards other culture. Because Armen was courteous and professional, I made him fix all other small issues that I had on other doors as well and happily paid for the extra work. I will for sure hire him again and highly recommend Armen for similar work. Thank you Armen !
