Junk-EEZ quoted me a range of 250-350 based on photos of the construction debris I needed to get rid of. When they arrived (40 mins late), that quote ballooned to as high as $570, in part because of a $50 “heavy items” fee that suddenly appeared. The crew didn’t want to commit to a price until after they loaded the stuff in the truck so they could see how much space it took up (?), but ultimately we agreed on $450. That still felt high and the whole pricing model felt like a bait and switch, so I wish I’d gone with another option.

Thanks for the feedback and we appreciate your business. We are sorry if there was some confusion about the project details. The appointment was set between 10:00am and 11:00am in which we arrived at 10:40am inside that window. The quote over the phone based off pictures isn’t accurate which is why we offer free estimates onsite with no obligation. Heavy dense items are surcharged, and space is how we have to charge for loads. We came up with a price that was fair for both sides and worked promptly and professionally. We understand that some people do things differently but you get what you pay for with those other options. Hope to work with you in the future!!
