- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several different packages to fit your different level of budget. Each price estimate is custom to the size, the selling price range of the home and the type of furniture inventory requested. Consultation starts at $350.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our staff will first schedule a phone call to set date and to discuss project details and to ask any questions; then our stager will go in person for a walk-thru of the home, takes some photo and measurements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I double majored in Marketing and Architecture in college. Then later studied Residential Design post college. I am also an experienced full service real estate specialist in Seattle.
