He did extensive remodeling for me. Expanded opening in 2walls, installed flooring in 2 rooms, replaced banisters, replaced a large window in kitchen, rebuilt a frame for small window (house built in 1942) that was impossible to get replaced. Lots of painting and several small things. Impeccable record keeping and kept me informed of progress and materials
