Installed openers but damaged the window of the garage door during the process. Repaired the window but left a crack on the door. The door now cannot close completely, leading to a gap between the door and the floor. Had to clean up the broken pieces of glasses myself.

For my understanding we did work on your 40 Years old doors and the old glass got broken so we ended up replacing it at the same day. The technician on site offered politely to clean the glass and you insisted to do it yourself.. I tried to contact you to get a solution but it goes straight to voicemail. My garage door torsion spring was broken and my car was struck inside the garage. AAA garage door service was super quick in responding to my request and sent the technician within two hours of my contact with them. The technician (Lucas) was able to identify the problem quickly and completely by replacing the broken spring and fixing the operator bracket which was detached from the door. I am happy with the quality of their service.
