From the moment I reached out and spoke to Zach his customer service was friendly, responsive, and professional. He scheduled me quickly, and Ricky the technician arrived on time after updating me with an ETA, Turns out, my garage door opener had completely burnt out and I needed a new one installed.
Ricky explained everything clearly, gave me options for different openers,and recommended the cheaper one since I'm selling my house anyway. The installation was fast, efficient, and done flawlessly. Now my garage door opens smoothly and quietly
