Northstar and team were not only helpful and knowledgeable they were so professional throughout the whole process. They were able to make a diagnosis quickly on a very old gas fireplace, and even when we found another issue (a diagnosis that was only found by the first problem) they were willing to come and fix it almost instantly. Really appreciate their help with it all would definitely use them again

They did a thorough inspection of my chimney and advised me that I would probably need a 'chemical clean' to get rid of some of the more persistent carbon deposits higher up the chimney. However, I declined this and so they performed a regular brush sweep of the flue, and it now looks very clean.
