Northstar was awesome! The crew was very nice. They came in and found the issues with our fireplace. Within a few minutes. The previous technician had disconnected the wires so it would have been impossible for us to figure out the problem. We were in the process of looking to purchase a new unit and it would have been costly and required the brick around the fireplace be removed or damaged. We were very happy with the service and do recommend Northstar.

Northstar and team were not only helpful and knowledgeable they were so professional throughout the whole process. They were able to make a diagnosis quickly on a very old gas fireplace, and even when we found another issue (a diagnosis that was only found by the first problem) they were willing to come and fix it almost instantly. Really appreciate their help with it all would definitely use them again
